April Holland joined the MS Gulf Coast Small Business Development Center in July 2016. She is a Retired U.S. Navy Human Resources professional, and a serial entrepreneur.
April earned a Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership, at Villanova University (PA), and a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing, at The University of San Francisco (CA), with advanced certificates in Social Media, Mobile Marketing and Affiliate Marketing. April is also an Inc. Magazine Military Entrepreneur Program delegate, as well as a graduate of The University of Florida’s Veteran Entrepreneurship Program (VEP), The Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) at Louisiana State University, and the Patriot Boot Camp by TechStars (PBC).
Ms. Holland has served as the “Volunteer Coordinator”, and the “Business Management and Administration Pathfinder” for Pathways2Possibilities, inspiring Mississippi Gulf Coast 8th graders, to consider a career in Business related fields. A lifelong learner, and devoted family woman, April Holland is a leader, determined to “turn ideas into business”.
